Chris Torres was knowledgeable and personable and thoroughly explained the different options available for a new HVAC system. I greatly appreciate his honesty about the feasibility of the different options for my particular situation. I bought my last HVAC system from Ultimate Heating and Air and it was an excellent experience, so have returned to purchase an HVAC for my new home.

Our AC stopped working just ahead of a 100+ degree heatwave, so we were a little panicky! But we called Ultimate and they sent Tyler out the same day. He took the time to educate us on our HVAC system—particularly the air conditioner. He explained how it worked, what was going wrong, what was needed immediately to get it running again, and what maintenance and replacement activities/expenditures will be needed in the future. He’s a great, straightforward, honest guy and very easy to work with. Thank you!

These guys rock! Extremely grateful for the courteous and prompt service today. We had an urgent issue come up last night, and Donovan was there by mid day today to diagnose it. He went above and beyond and explained everything to both my wife and I, and was very thorough and professional, so we are optimistic for having our issue resolved. Mike was amazing. This is a new house for us full of bewildering “smart” utilities. He took the time to expertly perform maintenance but also to explain how things work. He was great!

He came to do my annual service on my air-conditioned unit, was polite and answered all my questions and helped me in setting up my next service maintenance for my air conditioner and heating unit.

Randy was great, I have been telling techs for 3 years the system wasn't working right and he listened and found that it was low on refrigerant. He looked past the gauges and listened to the fact the unit runs non stop.

Donovan has been to our house in the past and knows our aging system. He explained all the issue and provide an estimate for repairs. He did not pressure me for doing the work but provided me with good advice.

Ryan was so wonderful! He came to do our annual service for our A/C unit and heating system. He was very thorough, friendly, and let us know he was happy to answer any questions we had. He let us know what the process was and was very methodical. At the end he gave us some recommendations for the future but also wasn’t pushy which was very appreciated. We chose Ultimate Heating & Air because of reasonable prices, good service and timely follow-up. The last service visit was great with an honest description of the problem, incorrect wiring upon installation 15 months ago, causing inadequate cooling in the summer. The correction was made but no apology was made. We are staying with them and have signed up for the premium maintenance plan, hoping future work will be done with great care. They have been great otherwise.

Tyler was punctual, professional and thoroughly explained everything to us regarding our AC system. He was very good to work with!

Ult111, we almost wrecked because your turn signals are broken. Rating 5 stars for service but this driver needs evaluated.

Had issues with my AC unit and Tyler diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He was very informative and professional. I even got their maintenance program. With so many HVAC companies out there, it's hard to find someone you can trust. Tyler is the person.

Detailed service with questions answered

I use Ultimate Heating and Air for all of my maintenance and repairs of my heating and air conditioning. Today was my annual check up and was preformed by my service tech. Donavan. He was on time , polite and very knowledgeable and most of all considerate of my home! He preformed the service call and brought to my attention a problem that may arise in the future. Ultimate has some of the best people in the business and that is why I trust them with my business. I have recommended them to my family and friends! Keep up the good work Ultimate! Cheers!

Both the installation of the new furnace, water heater and air conditioner unit and the cleaning of the air vent system service were performed by excellent technicians. Everything is functioning properly. I recommended their service percent.

Ultimate H&A called me to schedule my service. It was a pre-paid contract from the previous year when I had a new A/C unit installed. Thankfully they called, because I would have forgotten. The technician, Evan, was professional and thorough with the service and explained everything that he was seeing that could pose future problems.

Chris stopped by as a second opinion and was very thorough in checking my furnace/ac units and vents. He confirmed the furnace should be replaced. He laid out all my options and financing options and didn't pressure me with any decisions. He gave recommendations when asked for advice and we weighed the decisions together based on my situation. He was knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely be using Ultimate Heating and Air in the future and highly recommend them.
