I had a really old furnace and an old and undersized air conditioner. Over the years I had several problems with the air conditioner. Ultimate would come out, give me an honest assessment (hey, you really need a new air conditioner!), but instead of the high pressure sales pitch they would always figure out a way to repair my old unit and keep it running. After they did this for three summers in a row, I knew that when I did eventually replace the furnace and air conditioner I would definitely call Ultimate because I trusted them. Sure enough, finally got both of those units replaced along with all of my old duct work this past summer (2014). Of course I called Ultimate and did not even seek other bids because I knew they were the best. Their work was excellent and their price was very reasonable. My electric and gas bill have been reduced dramatically and our comfor t has been increased. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them and will call them for any HVAC work I need to have done in the future. They are my HVAC guys!
