Program Name: Ultimate Heating & Air SMS Alerts
Program Description: Ultimate Heating & Air operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with customers regarding service appointments, appointment reminders, technician dispatch notifications, promotional offers, and general updates about our heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and related services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your service needs. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, though actual frequency may be higher during active service periods.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier for sending and receiving text messages.
STOP Instructions: To opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS messages will be sent to you.
HELP Instructions: For help, reply HELP to any text message you receive from us, or contact us at [email protected].
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission and the policies of your mobile carrier. Compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.
