Just had our ducts cleaned out by Ultimate Heating and they did a great job! Brad was so kind and fun. He was great with my dog and friendly with all of our family. He even went above and beyond by using the very tall ladder he used for one of our vents to grab a foam ball that had landed in a chandelier light we had not been able to grab due to the height.

Ultimate heating and air has the best customer service. Their comfort advisor Chris Torres went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to go over all my options and helped me choose what was best for me. I really felt like he cared and wasn't just a salesman. I honestly believe he cares about the customer and believes in his company.

Nick and Chris and Aiden did a great job. They showed up on time, and quickly got started with a complete system replacement. Our system was 15 years old and we trusted Ultimate to replace the furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. It took only seven hours, and we were up and running. They took care of all the paperwork and city inspection notifications. Nick and his crew were professional and courteous. We are so happy with the new products.

This company is great! Tyler and Don were very helpful and knowledgeable during our last maintenance checkup appointment. They explained how my HVAC system was working and what I needed to do to keep it in great working condition. I highly recommend Tyler and Don!

Tyler and Don came out today to service my hvac equipment. They were extremely professional and courteous. Both Don and Tyler offered to help me around the house with changing my light bulbs and offered to help with anything else I may need. I will be requesting one of these two gentlemen from here on out.

I cannot recommend Ron and Don highly enough. They were faced with an ad hoc, poorly-installed system laced with shortcomings and faults. Over the course of an hour and half, they unraveled each of these issues and got my new furnace working properly for the first time since it was installed.

Donovan the tech is very good at his job. He explained everything he was doing to my furnace. I like that as it makes me know he got my back!! Ultimate is the only company I use for my hvac needs. They are really honest people. Call them you won't be disappointed and ask for tech Donovan to check out your hvac units because he is just awesome!!

Ultimate heating and air did a great job replacing my entire HVAC system. Excellent installers both for courtesy and knowledge.

Alex was extremely professional and informative. He was very thorough and never tried to sell us on anything. He diagnosed the problem and took the time to show us how to properly maintain our system. We ended up signing up for a yearly maintenance plan which as it would turn out would have covered us for the issue we had.

Ron did a great job. I asked many questions, and Ron answered all of them with knowledgeable and transparent answers. We have a service contract with Ultimate and we are very pleased with the company. We trust Ultimate Air for all our heating and hot water needs.

Dani Fuentes was our tech this time and we have used Ultimate Heating pretty much exclusively for 5+ years. Dani was knowledgeable and proactive about a couple of cleanings in other parts of the furnace that should be considered now or in the months ahead to keep things on track prolong the natural life of our system.

Dani was a great technician. He was super through and left the area clean. Also we discussed some filter issues I have thought of doing. Great Company.

From the initial call requesting emergency assistance by Ultimate Heating & Air, I was able to share the required information with a service center, receive a time window of response and was confident my heating would be up and running within in the next couple of hours. Ryan the technician arrived, assessed the situation and formulated a course of action. Within 45 minutes a new part was installed and the heating was up and running. Just had Ryan from Ultimate Heating and Air at my home to perform maintenance on my HVAC. The service was very good, performed on time and answered all of my questions. We have had them out several times over the years with great pleasure. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any needs for their HVAC system.

Everyone was fast and friendly. Our AC went out during a heat wave and they had it fixed right away. They have a great system for tracking the arrival of the technician and provided pictures of all the repairs.

They came out to fix my problem right away. Gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable and quick. Got my home back yo good standing in no time. Appreciate the time he took to come out and help.

Ultimate H&A called me to schedule my service. It was a pre-paid contract from the previous year when I had a new A/C unit installed. Thankfully they called, because I would have forgotten. The technician, Alex, was professional and thorough with the service and explained everything that he was seeing that could pose future problems.

I was so impressed and the young man Ryan Cook that came out to service my heating system and thermostat was wonderful. Very patient very informative and extremely thorough. I am so happy to have used their service and I plan on signing up for their maintenance plan as well. How nice to find such a responsive and helpful company.

Alex showed up as scheduled. Gave me an overview of the maintenance he performed on my unit. He Enlightened me on the benefits of purchasing the Premium Membership. He recommended a preventative option of installing a surge protector on my Unit and the benefits of installing one. No hard pressure sale. I opted to buy the membership and the installation of the surge protector. I appreciate his honesty.

I highly recommend Ultimate heating and air, I am on their yearly service plan. I also use their duct cleaning service, Brad really knows what he is doing and goes over everything carefully and courteously.

Ultimate was original installer of my system. Called first thing in the morning with A/C not working right. Was lucky and Ron H was going to be in my town and he showed up at 2 pm and gave it a shot of Freon and was back to normal. All the people I spoke with were nice and helpful. Great service..Thank you!

Dani did a fabulous job! He recommended several changes to improve the safety of the system and prevent possible failures. We promptly executed those additions and our system is better prepared to deal with potential electrical challenges! It gives up peace of mind knowing there's probably not trouble brewing.

Ron S. of Ultimate Heating & Air came out to see why my furnace wasn't firing up. After checking a few things, he discovered that the main circuit board had blown due to the recent electrical storm we had in the area. Ron was professional, knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Ron was and is very polite and professional!! Took pictures of before and after work performed. Kept me updated on what and why he was doing to service our unit. I needed a replacement ozone bulb and instead of constantly having to change the bulb we went with a maintenance free ozone system to keep our air inside the house clean. This maintenance service was just for our forced air but he not only did a thorough job on that, but checked on our air conditioning as well.

Brandon responded quickly to a weekend call-out. Even though it was later in the evening, we never felt like he was rushing or didn’t want to be here. He gave us fair insight to what our issues were and gave us honest advice about how to remedy the issue.

Did a split level AC install. Awesome all around from start to finish of the project. I ask a lot of question and they took the time to answer all of them promptly, from the estimator to the tech doing the install. Look no further, these guys are the best.
