Clayton was amazing. Very thorough with the maintenance call on two A/C units. He also helped me diagnose a noise problem in the ductwork !

Brandon was right on time to perform a diagnostic/maintenance on our HVAC system. He took time to understand the problems we had been experiencing the past day or so with the unit icing up and then proceeded to assess our unit. His diagnostic tests showed that pressures were not correct and indicated that we had some blocked lines, which was causing the system to struggle to maintain cool temperatures. He also noted a few minor oil leaks in the heat pump motor which should be addressed as well. Brandon explained recommended work that needs to be completed. Overall, Great job @Ultimate Heating & Air!!

Stephan was great and was very thorough in diagnosing the issues I was having with my old system. Chris was awesome and very thorough as well and walked through everything with different options for replacing the AC and furnace. His recommendations were superb and provided above and beyond customer services. Just had Andrew and team install the new units and did a great job! All around fantastic experience and couldn’t recommend using Ultimate enough. They really went above and beyond expectations and take care of their customers!

Had my A/C go out unexpectedly right after a routine yearly service. Thankfully, Ultimate Heating & Air responded quickly—Clayton Farris came out the same day and got everything diagnosed and fixed within an hour. It turned out the capacitor had failed, but Clayton was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. I was told I was just paying for the part, no labour, since I had a “membership”, and while the Totalline 45/5 µF dual capacitor itself typically retails around $40, the $200 total cost seemed fair(?) given the fast turnaround, expert installation, and peace of mind. No waiting days in the heat or stressing about what was wrong—just fast, reliable service done right. I will continue with this company!

I came home to a hot house after work and Ultimate Heating and Air had a technician out within 1 hour. Brandon was fast and efficient and had us up and running super fast! Awesome service! Thank you so much!

We have a duplex , so two units to have a maintenance visit on. Clayton was punctual, communicated what he would be doing and the length of time at each place. He was polite and professional.

Stephen did a great job. He went under the house found the problem actually took pictures of the problem and pictures of the corrected way it should be. Explained exactly what he did to repair the problem and added another anchor strap. Good job sir!

Very thrilled with the work done today! It was an emergency situation in the middle of a hot summer, but they were able to get us in same-day and fix our problem. Mike H was awesome. Shawn and Brad did an amazing job with replacement of our dual water heaters and installation of an automated valve on our home water supply. It was not an easy job and they stuck with the challenges stayed late in the day to make sure it was done right. They communicated well and were generous with extras. Clayton was exactly in time.. He entered through the garage where the system is installed. Before entering the house he put on the booties to protect the floor I didn't know he was going to wash the outdoor unit or I would have put a hose for him to use. But he supplied his own without even asking where the hydrant was located. At the end of the visit he went over all if his findings. A very pleasant young serviceman.

Great and friendly service!

Honest, hardworking, reliable...just a few words to describe Ultimate and their employees. From installation to repair to maintenance services, I have always had the best service. Six months ago, I had a new HVAC system installed. The most personable and knowledge "A-team" spent the day getting my new system updated with split zones. The new furnace worked well keeping the home warm during the winter. Summer temps hit in June and my new A/C unit gave out after a couple days. Ron was dispatched to my home the same day I called. (When temps get hot, service calls skyrocket and I was impressed with the fast service.) Ron did everything he could to get my unit fixed but a new compressor was needed. While it was a 2 day turnaround to order,deliver and install, Ultimate's communication was excellent. Patrick was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the repair. Ron also made it a point to stop by to check-in on the repair process and service. I know their schedules are extremely busy this time of year so that extra attention to this matter was greatly appreciated. I did my research when it came to companies and a new HVAC system and Ultimate was my top pick. Their customer service will keep me as a loyal customer for many years to come.

Update They had sent another service person out, Stephan and he did a fantastic job He was very thorough informative Thank you for making it right Thank Stephan for being Very knowledgeable Had the service guy show up and l cleaned all 3 units but the one unit we were having problems with him told us it was putting out 68 degrees so it was good But it still wasn’t blowing very well but he pack up and left I called the company complained and they said they would send somebody out which they haven’t

On Friday eve, the start of the Memorial Day weekend, the A/C compressor on my fairly new HVAC unit was not working. The weekend was supposed to be hot, and I had guests coming to visit. 5/24 I called Ultimate Heating and Air around 9:00 pm, and someone was there to answer my call. Even on a holiday weekend, they booked an appointment for the next day, Saturday AM, with Alex Hathaway. Alex got right to work diagnosing the problem, which was a component failure which fried the entire AC compressor unit. Alex worked with the office to see if he could get a new compressor from the warehouse, which was closed for the holiday weekend. The office staff made the calls, and called me early Sunday morning to let me know they had the part, and that Alex would be there that day! Alex deftly removed the damaged parts, installed the new compressor, filled with coolant, and thoroughly tested the unit - all in a couple of hours. I cannot say enough about Alex - he is very knowledgeable, efficient, explains what he is doing, and very friendly. He and Ultimate Heating and Air worked over the holiday weekend to save my holiday. I highly recommend Alex and Ultimate Heating and Air. Thank you!

We just bought our first home, and with my husband deployed I have had to take care of things. One thing that was concerning was how loud our furnace was and how long it stayed on, Josh Anderegg went above and beyond. He didn’t rush the process, he told me every step of what he was doing and why he did it. He cleaned the outside unit, and was just all around a great service provider. Would use this company over and over again!

Knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, transparent and they show up on time. For the last 2+ years, we have had all positive HVAC experiences with this company, furnace and AC. Updating after a 65 point plumbing inspection with Brad. Big perk of being on the annual plan. Brad is clearly an expert plumber. He explained stuff, found issues, proposed potential solutions, was not pushy at all and the whole inspection was an info session. We were particularly interested in the hot water heater status because a house down the street just flooded from a HW tank blowing. It caused major unexpected damage. Brad showed me that my tank psi is too high, which is set based on city actions, and explained what I could do to lower the psi. Too much static pressure on the tank and fittings increases risk, which we don't want. Didn't know Ultimate offered this plumbing inspection but we're thrilled they do and will get one yearly.

I am super happy with Ultimate Heating and Air. What they did for us I would call going above and beyond. I was told by another company that I needed a new system and they scared my wife to the point that she didn't even want to get a second opinion. I called Ultimate and they immediately setup an appointment to have a tech come out. Tech was very pleasant, actually everyone was very pleasant. If I wasn't so far along with the other company, I would have went with Ultimate. The professionalism was on another level and the tech explained everything in a way that a 1st grader would understand. If we called Ultimate sooner, they would have been our number 1 choice. I had a toilet leak. Here's how it went when I reached out to Ultimate Heating and Air: I scheduled online for a next business day visit. I got a call a few minutes later that they could fit me in within 4 hours. Shawn Bovee was out a couple of hours later, he thoroughly diagnosed where the leak was coming from, took tons of photos, explained it to me, fixed it on site, told me what I could do if it happened again and what he could help with if the t-valve to the bidet ever needed to be replaced, and charged me just a few dollars more than the service call fee. Here's how my toilet leak went for the 2 weeks leading up to calling Ultimate Heating: I filed a claim with my home warranty company. A week went by. They finally send someone from Mountain Time Plumbing. He takes one photo, doesn't diagnose anything or touch the toilet, and then tells me for ten minutes that my flooring is absolutely going to be ruined, it will need full remediation, a leaking toilet means there's water in my subfloor and between the stories of my house. He says his friends at Apex Remediation will give me a call, not to worry, he'll send my info to them. They remediated his house when the exact same thing happened to him, they did a great job. They'll work with my insurance company on all the claim paperwork. If I don't rip out my floor, the subfloor will swell and my toilet seal will break and then I'll have human waste seeping into my house. The moisture will cause mold, the mold will make my children sick, they'll get stuffy noses and allergies and asthma. After he finished his whole remediation sales pitch with zero mention on the toilet leak that he was there to address, I told him that the water was toweled up the moment the toilet leaked and I was not concerned about him helping with any remediation, and that I had a remediator I've worked with before and would use instead of going through Apex and my home insurance. He immediately lost interest in having any conversation, left my house, told my home warranty company that the leak was caused by an improperly installed fitting, got my claim denied, quoted $341.20 to repair it, and disappeared over the horizon. My only regret is that I didn't call Ultimate Heating and Air first-- I'll pay them out of pocket any day of the week for any plumbing or HVAC needs before I ever try to call another plumber or HVAC tech. I want you to know Shawn was terrific plumber. The plumbing inspection was kind of amazing. He explained what he wa doing before hand. Shawn provided pricing and any alternatives I could use. He even told me how to do it myself.

He diagnosed the problem and took the time to show us how to properly maintain our system. We ended up signing up for a yearly maintenance plan which as it would turn out would have covered us for the issue we had.
