We chose Ultimate Heating & Air because of reasonable prices, good service and timely follow-up. The last service visit was great with an honest description of the problem, incorrect wiring upon installation 15 months ago, causing inadequate cooling in the summer. The correction was made but no apology was made. We are staying with them and have signed up for the premium maintenance plan, hoping future work will be done with great care. They have been great otherwise.

Randy was great at figuring out what was wrong with my heating. He was efficient, professional, honest and patient in helping me to understand the problem and assure that it doesn’t happen again. Thank you Randi and Ultimate Heating & Air for the fast friendly service.

Preston was and is very polite and professional!! We had some very concerning problems with our bathroom sinks. They are very old ( 30+ Years ) Preston looked at our problems and since I am disabled i us unable to take care of the issues. We decided to replace the sinks. Quote was spit on and we look forward to the work that will be performed for us. Treasure Valley you really need to give Ultimate Heatind, Air, and Plumbing a call. They are exceptional to deal with and we are on a plan to service our needs at least twice a year. You will not be disappointed

Ultimate H&A called me to schedule my service. It was a pre-paid contract from the previous year when I had a new A/C unit installed. Thankfully they called, because I would have forgotten. The technician, Alex, was professional and thorough with the service and explained everything that he was seeing that could pose future problems.

Great Job. I highly recommend this company. Their people are friendly and respectful. Definitely get the annual package to do your system maintenance. Randy came out, did our annual inspection and gave me 3 options for blowing out our vents, which definitely need done. Always love having these guys out to keep our furnace and AC working all year long. Update- Robert came out to clean our vents, which definitely needed it. He did an awesome and everyone in my house is breathing better and sneezing less. I highly recommend if your house is getting a lot of colds or allergy attacks to have the vents cleaned.

Josh was professional and took time to explain everything and show me the final results of the install and then another explanation of the thermostat. Very helpful and considerate.

Dani was right on time to perform routine maintenance on our HVAC system. He took time to understand the problems we had been experiencing last year and then proceeded to assess our unit. He noticed that my filter had been incorrectly installed & addressed it. Within an hour or so, Dani and his assistant had gone through our heat pump & entire system. They noted a few minor items that needed to be cleaned up and thoroughly explained the reason (along with dozens of photos) for addressing them. All in all, great job Dani & Hunter @Ultimate Heating & Air!!

The water heater at my house stopped working. Ultimate Heating and Air was able to come out within the hour. Robert and Luis explained their findings, replaced the water heater and made sure the connections were up to code.They were knowledgeable and pleasant and did an excellent job.

Scheduled routing maintenance service. Service reps were on time and very courteous. Installed a wifi thermostat to control the settings from my phone.

Matthew DeSoto did a scheduled heating system check for us. Everything checked out just fine, and he explained about filter types and how ionizers work, etc . Overall he's a very sociable and intelligent guy and Ultimate really hit a home run with us once again.

AIDEN WANLESS and his partner ANDY HVAC installer swapped out a prematurely failing Goodman furnace for a new Bryant unit. Showed up on time and finished on time. Schooled us on the differences. Update: we had issues with our water heater and the workers did a thorough inspection and gave me a clear understanding of the issue at hand. We’ve used Ultimate Heating and Air for several years now. We’ve never had a bad experience. Their technicians are thorough, helpful, clean and knowledgeable. I love that they send a technician profile prior to their arrival. I always know who to expect. They cover their shoes before entering every time, even if they’re just walking on the hardwood. They explain everything to me in a way it’s easy to understand. I feel they have my best interest in mind and are honest when offering their recommendations. I’ve had them do yearly maintenance on my system for several years now and have enjoyed the comfort it’s provided. Last year we decided to put in zones. It was the best decision we’ve made. The cost to cool our home in the summer immediately went down. We’ve also made several upgrades over the past few years and I feel they’ve always taken great care of us. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs heating and a/c service, preventative maintenance and any replacements or upgrades.

Robert and his partner that came out to unplug our toilet were very efficient and friendly. They didn't charge a trip fee and we're very reasonable. They charged a lot less than we were quoted from another plumbing company and the other company wanted to charge a high trip fee just to come out and diagnose the problem. We were extremely pleased with Ultimate's service.

It all started with the very caring and kind lady who answered the phone. A company who made you feel like a human being who was concerned for you. Not cold, short answered, automated, and either your a dollar sign to them or not. So then technician came out, same day for us. Donovan was very concerned and listened to all details of the situation. He inspected the unit in and out to find what factors could be causing or contributing to our issues. Very detailed and professional. He sat down and helped us understand anything we didn’t know and answered all questions. He is patient, knowledgeable, and will find the trouble your home is having.

Ultimate was quick to respond when my new furnace was not working. Considerate about making an appt block off time and then moving it up as was possible. Jeremiah very polite as he trouble shooter and fixed the problem

I found him to be honest, transparent, punctual, and highly professional. He provided a consultative service educating me regarding each component of his recommendations and I was able to understand the current state of my system and what I may need to do to keep it in proper working order. Responded in a timely manner to an urgent service call when my indoor temps dropped into the 50s overnight when the furnace wouldn't fire up. Showed up, quickly fixed the problem, and didn't overcharge for what ended up being a quick fix. 10/10--I will be going to Ultimate Heating & Air in the future!
