Ultimate Heating has been our go-to for all of our HVAC needs - including the full system replacement we did 2 years ago and regular service every 6 months. The technicians are all professional and helpful - never trying to push anything we don’t need. Thanks to our most recent technician Clayton who spent extra time explaining all the things he did while he was out for our spring service!

The man was professional yet friendly and all questions well. Always amazed at the final cost but it's a new world...

Excellent customer service. Dani Fuentes came to work a warranty install for the blower motor for our furnace. He was very patient and explained what he was doing, and explained that the static return needed the damper replaced to correct the the static pressure challenge causing the blower motor to overwork. He and his assistant Steven worked diligently all day overcoming unforeseen challenges that arose while changing out the previously mentioned parts. Even though it took most of the day they stayed positive and with smiles on their faces, they ultimately were able to get us back up and running just in time for the warm weather. The customer service that we received from Dani and Steven and their Supervisor Sergei was the best experience I’ve had when dealing with an HVAC company. I highly recommend Ultimate, they will literally go to the ends of the earth to make sure everything works and are to your personal standards. We will definitely continue using their services. Huge shoutout to Dani and Steven for a job well done!!!

Nick took care of business quickly very courteous and professional.

I got a tune up for air conditioner and heater. Brandon spent 2 hours here and explained the wear and tear as they are 12 years old. He gave me estimate for replacement parts as well as setting me up if I want to replace both units. Great job and very informative. Only negative is 8 hour windows but they do give you 45 minutes notice.

He had to borrow our ladder and hose, very nice but did not have the equipment to do the job!

Last year I had a really great experience with Ryan during my annual AC maintenance. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. This year I had a fantastic experience with Brad and Jose when they came to do a plumbing inspection. They were very careful and explained everything to me and why it happened, what caused it, etc. They fixed some important smaller things so that the big things didn't break. And they helped me understand the intricacies of the plumbing in my home and what warning signs to look for. This is the 3rd year I've been a member and it has been worth it every year. They have always helped me avoid bigger, more expensive issues by noticing and taking care of smaller issues. I'm happy to remain a member for years to come.

We have used Ultimate Heating and Air Conditioning for a number of years. They have always been highly dependable, courteous, reasonably priced, and highly knowledgable. They are transparent and any issues we have had are resolved immediately. We appreciate their excellent customer service and friendly staff and technicians. Dani was our last technician and did an outstanding job.

Excellent service on our system. The only complaint is that the office held us captive the entire day and would not commit to even a 3 or 4 hour window of when the technician would arrive.

Very professional company with great service.

The Ultimate Heating and Air technicians were punctual. They were very efficient in removing our old gas furnace and air conditioner and installing the new system. They had a big crew and while some worked on the furnace inside our house, there was an additional crew working on the air conditioning system outside so they had both systems completed at the same time. They were finished, cleaned up, and gone in about 5 hours. We recommend this company because of their experience, longevity in the area, free estimates, competitive pricing, and on going service warranties.

We have used Ultimate Heating for over 15 years. All the techs are great. My HVAC finally needed to be replaced and they were at my house within a few hours. Josh Anderegg, Chris Williams and Donovan have been great to work with.

You need to review your tech writeups before sending out reviews. Jeremiah did not work on the unit Nick did. Overall service was very good. All questions were answered at a level I could understand. Very please with the tech knowledge of the unit. I would highly recommend your service to others.

Ultimate H&A called me to schedule my service. It was a pre-paid contract from the previous year when I had a new A/C unit installed. Thankfully they called, because I would have forgotten. The technician, Alex, was professional and thorough with the service and explained everything that he was seeing that could pose future problems.

Great Job. I highly recommend this company. Their people are friendly and respectful. Definitely get the annual package to do your system maintenance. Randy came out, did our annual inspection and gave me 3 options for blowing out our vents, which definitely need done. Always love having these guys out to keep our furnace and AC working all year long. Update- Robert came out to clean our vents, which definitely needed it. He did an awesome and everyone in my house is breathing better and sneezing less. I highly recommend if your house is getting a lot of colds or allergy attacks to have the vents cleaned.

Dani was right on time to perform routine maintenance on our HVAC system. He took time to understand the problems we had been experiencing last year and then proceeded to assess our unit. He noticed that my filter had been incorrectly installed & addressed it. Within an hour or so, Dani and his assistant had gone through our heat pump & entire system. They noted a few minor items that needed to be cleaned up and thoroughly explained the reason (along with dozens of photos) for addressing them. All in all, great job Dani & Hunter @Ultimate Heating & Air!!

Scheduled routing maintenance service. Service reps were on time and very courteous. Installed a wifi thermostat to control the settings from my phone.

Matthew DeSoto did a scheduled heating system check for us. Everything checked out just fine, and he explained about filter types and how ionizers work, etc . Overall he's a very sociable and intelligent guy and Ultimate really hit a home run with us once again.

AIDEN WANLESS and his partner ANDY HVAC installer swapped out a prematurely failing Goodman furnace for a new Bryant unit. Showed up on time and finished on time. Schooled us on the differences. Ultimate Heating & Air did a great job presenting and properly informing me of my different water softening options. We ultimately went with the HALO5 system and absolutely loved it. The staff was easily able to navigate the nuances of my home during install and installed the system to perfection. They also took great consideration of my families schedule and were very accommodating. I look forward to using them for the years to come.

We’ve used Ultimate Heating and Air for several years now. We’ve never had a bad experience. Their technicians are thorough, helpful, clean and knowledgeable. I love that they send a technician profile prior to their arrival. I always know who to expect. They cover their shoes before entering every time, even if they’re just walking on the hardwood. They explain everything to me in a way it’s easy to understand. I feel they have my best interest in mind and are honest when offering their recommendations. I’ve had them do yearly maintenance on my system for several years now and have enjoyed the comfort it’s provided. Last year we decided to put in zones. It was the best decision we’ve made. The cost to cool our home in the summer immediately went down. We’ve also made several upgrades over the past few years and I feel they’ve always taken great care of us. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs heating and a/c service, preventative maintenance and any replacements or upgrades.
