Robert and his partner that came out to unplug our toilet were very efficient and friendly. They didn't charge a trip fee and we're very reasonable. They charged a lot less than we were quoted from another plumbing company and the other company wanted to charge a high trip fee just to come out and diagnose the problem. We were extremely pleased with Ultimate's service.

It all started with the very caring and kind lady who answered the phone. A company who made you feel like a human being who was concerned for you. Not cold, short answered, automated, and either your a dollar sign to them or not. So then technician came out, same day for us. Donovan was very concerned and listened to all details of the situation. He inspected the unit in and out to find what factors could be causing or contributing to our issues. Very detailed and professional. He sat down and helped us understand anything we didn’t know and answered all questions. He is patient, knowledgeable, and will find the trouble your home is having.

Ultimate was quick to respond when my new furnace was not working. Considerate about making an appt block off time and then moving it up as was possible. Jeremiah very polite as he trouble shooter and fixed the problem

Ultimate has been my go-to for anything having to do with my HVAC system for years now. Most recently, I had a concern with my heat pump and Donovan came out to the property. I found him to be honest, transparent, punctual, and highly professional. He provided a consultative service educating me regarding each component of his recommendations and I was able to understand the current state of my system and what I may need to do to keep it in proper working order. I will continue to make ultimate my go-to for all things HVAC.

Randy was great, I told him I thought our heat pump was running way tomuch in the cold temps and he found the thermostat was programed wrong and set the compressor temperature to a level it would work normally at.

Responded in a timely manner to an urgent service call when my indoor temps dropped into the 50s overnight when the furnace wouldn't fire up. I can't say enough about Ultimate Heating and Air....our air went out the other day with 109 degrees the night before...they worked us in the next morning and sent out TYLER....he fixed our problem after a couple hours and explained it all to us....Tyler was upstanding and very thorough and would highly recommend requesting him.....

Aiden and Andrew came to clean our ducts today. They did an awesome job and I look forward to breathing clean air! I also had mentioned to them that we recently heard mice in our ducts. They took extra care to search and look for places where mice would have entry. They went as far as going into our crawl space to look at duct work and also looking at the heating and cooling unit outside for possible holes. They did find and repaired a spot outside. They were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Air!

He also went the extra mile, and climbed into my attic to ensure all heating ducts were secure and not leaking (I hear rattling in my master ceiling when the heat comes on). Ultimate Heating and Air sent appointment reminders, texted the name of my serviceman, and Matt called me to say he was on his way. We have a rental unit and the furnace was not working when the tenant came home from work today 11/20/24. I called Ultimate for the first time at about 430 pm and they were so nice on the phone and understood the urgency. They had a tech there in a half an hour and only charged a diagnostic fee, no after hours fee and the tech was wonderful and got it back up and running. The tech Ron Stevens called and explained what he did and emailed me the invoice and photos of the furnace. I really appreciated the professionalism of Ultimate Heating and Air.

We had a conflict that right now heating and air put on a report for a service durning a home sale because they were just trying to convince my clients they needed a new system just because of the age every though it had been serviced every single year and well maintained. Ron was and is very polite and professional!! Took pictures of before and after work performed. Kept me updated on what and why he was doing to service our unit. I needed a replacement ozone bulb and instead of constantly having to change the bulb we went with a maintenance free ozone system to keep our air inside the house clean. Our furnace went out on a Friday evening in mid-December. We called two other local companies and the earliest they could send a tech was the following Monday and Tuesday even though they advertise 24/7 service. We then called Ultimate Heating and Air and they said “We do not delay service calls for heat. We will have someone to you this evening.” Alex arrived less than an hour later. He was respectful, communicative, professional, and worked quickly to diagnose the issue. He identified the problem and replaced the part to get our system functioning again. He even took the time to run several cycles, ensuring the system was fully operational before he left. If we have any issues in the future, we will absolutely call Ultimate Heating and Air first. THANK YOU!

Our furnace recently malfunctioned and wasn't heating at all, I called 2 other places who were both unable to come out to service our unit for at least 4-5 days. Ultimate heating and air was able to come out within the hour and had our unit back working within 2 hours. A thorough diagnostic work up was performed and the technician made sure that our unit was reliably heating before he left. We are so grateful! We will definitely be calling them again for reliable, excellent service.

Our AC stopped working just ahead of a 100+ degree heatwave, so we were a little panicky! But we called Ultimate and they sent Tyler out the same day. He took the time to educate us on our HVAC system—particularly the air conditioner. He explained how it worked, what was going wrong, what was needed immediately to get it running again, and what maintenance and replacement activities/expenditures will be needed in the future. He’s a great, straightforward, honest guy and very easy to work with. Thank you!

Alex Hathaway with Ultimate Heating & Air did an excellent job. I'm very satisfied with his service! He was very professional and very friendly. He was also very prompt. I was surprised at how fast, from when I called, to when he arrived. Our furnace stopped working last night and Alex showed up, tested, and said the capacitor was was going bad. He swapped the cap and the furnace fired back up. He noticed that the blower motor was a bit warm, definitely warmer than it should be, considering that the furnace wasn't running, and explained how that could happen... which made my OCD mind happy. I asked about potentially replacing the motor down the road, and he explained the options. I then asked about a potential furnace replacement down the road and he talked about the options there. Never was there any sign of pressure to buy a new furnace, it was all feedback from my questions, which made my mind happy again. From the experience that I had today, I will definitely recommend Ultimate Heating to others, and I will definitely be calling them for any future service.

Tyler was AWESOME!! He was very courteous and personable. My husband watched as he worked and he was patient answering questions for him as well as myself. We had to apologize for the consumption of his time as well as Ultimate Heating but he was definitely a blessing. In the future when we need our regular maintenance checks we will request that Tyler be out technician.

Chris came to our home to inspect our heating system and give us a quote on its replacement. He has a vast experience in the HVAC industry and as he walked us through the process, it was very obvious he loves his job. When he opened up the furnace, he immediately pointed out the new home installation contractor failed to install the furnace correctly. Rather than just replace all of our equipment he suggested that it be tested to determine if it really needed to be replaced. No one else gave us that option. Chris went over and above to provide us information regarding air quality options and gave us peace the installation process was going to be professionally managed and precise. For these reasons we gave Ultimate Heating and Air the business.

We asked Ultimate Hesting and Air to come out and give us a second opinion on the condition of our furnace. A different company had red tagged ours saying the heat exchanger was cracked but we didn’t believe them. That’s a whole other story. Ultimate Heating And Air put our minds at rest with a thorough inspection and determined there was nothing wrong with our furnace. We will use them for our inspections in the future.

We woke up to a cold house… 55 F 🥶 the furnace was not working. After calling a few places, only Ultimate Heating and Air was available to come on the same day. Dani was our technician, and he was great! Very knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions. He was able to find the problem and fixed it right away. Luckily it wasn’t anything too serious. When I requested the service, they sent me a link to track the location of the technician as he was heading over (very convenient). I was able to pay the service from the comfort of my house. I’m just happy they were there to help us stay warm during this winter.

Tyler was amazing. Loads of communication. He shown why our old furnace died, what the risks of operating it were, why it was an issue with a borescope. We have a cracked heat exchanger. He showed the crack from both sides so you could verify the crack. Then he explained the mechanism of how and why it cracked. Then he provided the pros and cons of repair and the cost benefit of replacing the furnace. Then he brought in Darin, their salesman and worked with him to provide better and best options and a load of discounts. Tyler explained the options in laymen terms what the option meant and it's real life benefits. I would recommend Tyler because he shows the bad news so you don't just take his problem description on faith; you can see for yourself the reasons why Tyler considers the issue a problem. We had several budding cracks in our heat exchanger which are fatal flaws that can introduce combustion products of significant quantities into our home breathing air toxic to us. Tyler also shown scratched metal on the heat exchanger and explained they were not problems. So everything was not a critical issue. Some were non issues which increased Tyler's trust factor. Hope you don't have a furnace issue; but, if you do, Ultimate Heating and Air should be on your contact list. Hope that you can get Tyler. When you need a replacement, Darin works with you to get the best furnace options. Our furnace was way oversized for our home which was inefficiently using gas, short cycling, and creating the heat exchanger cracking issue by being overheated because the heat supplied was way a lot and then the house blower was way cooling the heat exchanger because the heat load of the house was way smaller than the heat supplied by the firebox. So the furnace cycled way a lot which the thermal cycles caused stress risers and cracks in the heat exchanger. Darin provided the correctly sized furnace options and worked with us to get discounts and a super quick replacement that suited our needs and budget. Tyler got our failing unit running again to keep our home livable until our furnace is replaced. The budding cracks were explained as not advisable to run our old furnace. We living in the home weighed the options for our low degree of furnace heat exchanger cracking failure and decided it was less risky to us to operate the furnace for a few more days. Tyler needed a release signed saying we were aware of the risks associated with continuing living in a home operating a furnace with a cracked heat exchanger. After viewing the borescope photos Tyler provided, and listening to his explanation of the risks, we living in the home felt the risks would be moderately low and the probability of being a serious health risk was reasonably low because it was a limited number of small budding cracks and we were replacing the furnace in just a few days. Darin and Tyler are a great team that overlap expertise and job function to produce and explain what they feel are the best options and why

Tyler listened to all the information I had and gave great feedback. He encouraged me to ask any questions I had making sure I had information I needed to make an informed decision in repairs vs. replacement. I really appreciate all the time and care he put in when examining the furnace. He made me feel part of process explaining what he was looking for. He made me feel that he cared about what he was doing and how it affected my decision. I would recommend Tyler all day long.
