Both the installation of the new furnace, water heater and air conditioner unit and the cleaning of the air vent system service were performed by excellent technicians. Everything is functioning properly. I recommended their service percent.

Ultimate H&A called me to schedule my service. It was a pre-paid contract from the previous year when I had a new A/C unit installed. Thankfully they called, because I would have forgotten. The technician, Evan, was professional and thorough with the service and explained everything that he was seeing that could pose future problems.

Dani was very informative about our HVAC system. He explained how well our system was working and any possible upgrades we might want in the future. We are very happy with the service that is provided. We have no problem recommending this program.

Chris stopped by as a second opinion and was very thorough in checking my furnace/ac units and vents. He confirmed the furnace should be replaced. He laid out all my options and financing options and didn't pressure me with any decisions. He gave recommendations when asked for advice and we weighed the decisions together based on my situation. He was knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely be using Ultimate Heating and Air in the future and highly recommend them.

Ultimate heating has been great to work with. Every service has been on time, professional and detailed. They installed a great HVAC system for our house, gave us several options and didn't pressure us for anything. Won't be going anywhere else for our HVAC needs.

These guys and Gals, are great to work with. I don't worry about scheduling or concerns about ability to work on our HVAC. Update 3/22/24 -had pm visit with Evan this time, first time actually. Evan has nearly 25 years experience and it shows another great Pro from UH team. This guy too has great communication skills and very courteous and explained things at my level to feel comfortable with what is being done and what would be recommendations. I trust this team.

Responded to inquiry regarding space around the coils on the A/C unit. He showed me the space and informed me that it was necessary for air to circulate around the coils so they didn’t freeze up. He also checked a couple of other items that another technician had identified as concerns and was of the opinion that they were not concerns at this time. Went above and beyond to install a metal plate in back of the coils to insure the maximum amount of air would circulate through the coils.

I had ultimate heating and air conditioning send a tech out to check a suspected gas leak on my furnace. I also had them do a yearly checkup on the furnace. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and the thoroughness of their job.

Brenda and Jeff were so kind to take my after hours call. Provided advise to avoid damage to my ac unit. Next day, Jeff was there as scheduled. Fixed my ac unit in few minutes at a very reasonable cost. Jeff was courteous and knowledgeable and in good spirits even in a hot afternoon, working in 103 degrees. Thank you very much !!

Brandon oversaw the work that Ryan did for me (system tune up and filter replacement). Ryan found that my water heater was outdated, calcified and likely at a loss of 30% of my hot water capacity. He gave me options for replacement and discussed financing options with me.

Was very friendly and did a super job
