Our furnace went out on a Friday evening in mid-December. We called two other local companies and the earliest they could send a tech was the following Monday and Tuesday even though they advertise 24/7 service. We then called Ultimate Heating and Air and they said “We do not delay service calls for heat. We will have someone to you this evening.” Alex arrived less than an hour later. He was respectful, communicative, professional, and worked quickly to diagnose the issue. He identified the problem and replaced the part to get our system functioning again. He even took the time to run several cycles, ensuring the system was fully operational before he left. If we have any issues in the future, we will absolutely call Ultimate Heating and Air first. Our furnace recently malfunctioned and wasn't heating at all, I called 2 other places who were both unable to come out to service our unit for at least 4-5 days. Ultimate heating and air was able to come out within the hour and had our unit back working within 2 hours.
